Flexible to be viewed at any time through our online group. Joining this weekend retreat event will extend your access to our online community for a whole month, so anything you miss you can played back and enjoyed at a time suitable to you, as we appreciate that family commitments may mean you cannot run the whole programme at once.
You will enjoy a full programme, taking our retreat experience into the comfort of your home. This includes live Yoga, Meditation, Relaxation and HIIT sessions, an amazing healthy menu that we will work with you to prepare with our Nic and Nix Nosh cooking demos, Nutrition and wellbeing content, Yoga Philosophy recordings to enjoy as you relax at home from our Affairs team through a 2-day programme. We will provide the menu and ingredients in advance for the weekend of healthy recipes that we will be working with you to prepare.
I know you won’t meet us in person due to the lockdown, which we are disappointed about, however this is the next best thing. If you have always wanted to attend one of our retreats before but have never managed, then this is the time for you to enjoy at a fraction of the cost and no travel – bonus! If you have joined us before, then you will know what to expect and hopefully this will be an opportunity to join again, we would love that.
Taking time for you and your wellbeing is so important, particularly through these challenging times, however we appreciate there may be family commitments through the weekend, so what not ask the family or household to join you, there is really something for everyone.
There is a wide selection of wellbeing practices to take away and retain to help you through this challenging period, help cope with stress, calm you, release tension, unwind, feel great, properly take care of yourself, all so very important in these unusual times.
