The Affairs Team host a variety of Yoga and Wellbeing Workshops through the year focusing on different health and wellbeing practices and at different venues across Scotland.
Yoga, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Proper Relaxation, Meditation, Pranayama Breathing, Fitness, Massage and Wellbeing Practice are featured in our programmes.
You can also book the Affairs Team to come to your event / venue to add a Wellbeing element to your event.
Springtime Yoga and Wellbeing Workshop
Queens Cross Church Hall, Queens Cross Aberdeen Saturday 23rd February 2019. 9-12.30am or 1-4.30pm. £40 or £30 for OAP’s/Students (cards to be shown)
Where you will be introduced to Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation, Total Relaxation, Yoga Breath, Mindfulness and good Fitness and Nutrition practices.
Half day sessions run from 9-12.30pm am and 1.00pm till 4.30pm. This Yoga and Wellbeing Workshop will bring together all these great practices that we work on during our residential retreats, encapsulated to give you a real taster and introduction to these wonderful practices. This Workshop is for beginners and those who have already been practicing looking to broaden your understanding.
