What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is someone who counsels and encourages you through personal or career challenges. A life coach is not a therapist, its a friend you can turn in time of need, someone out with your inner circle that you can trust, that can support you through a period of change or when you are facing personal or career challenges. A life coach offers knowledge, insight, clarity, support, focuses action and helps you navigate through the bumps in life, to make the necessary changes.
What can you expect from our Life Coaching program?
Our coaching program helps guide you to reach your goals, whether personal or career. We will work with you on a 121 basis, over a set period, meeting through regular online sessions (45 mins weekly or fortnightly is recommended for a minimum of 3 months). We help you set your goals and work with you to achieve them.
Each person is different and we build a personal plan for you, focused on the areas in your life that you are keen to change or are facing specific challenges. We have 3-6 month programs, that are flexible to your needs.


Alongside our online coaching sessions, we also link you to our Wellbeing Whatās App group (you can opt in or out of this group), where we send weekly tips and advice to support your journey and where you can ask questions and exchange ideas with like-minded people in similar situations.Ā You are also invited to join our closed Facebook group which provides knowledge and information on specific subjects of interest, this is part of the value of our program and can really encourage and support your journey with some great practices to join in. Linking you to our wellbeing community online is also great to know you are not in this alone, there are other people who are also experiencing challenging periods of change.Ā
Our Life Coaching Model
Practical Knowledge ā Without the right knowledge itās difficult to take action, thatās where we come in to provide practical knowledge from our experts who work in the field of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management, physical and mental wellbeing, fitness and nutrition, career, relationships, business and personal development.
Focused Action ā we work with you to identify and achieve your personal and career goals, setting weekly actions that should fulfil you and help make progress.
BIG Support ā we provide weekly check inās to support your journey, daily tips to help guide and focus, āWhatās Appā chat forum to keep you engaged between our 121 calls, and group workshops where you can choose to participate and engage, working with like-minded people provides a community to help support your personal and business goals.
Regular Reflection ā we reflect at each 121 session, looking back on the previous session, discussing what progress has been made to the actions set and helping plan for the week / month ahead.
